When you hear that word, what do you think? Do you say “Oh, no! Only 25 days to Christmas and I haven’t begun to shop!” or “I have to put up my Christmas decorations, plan a Christmas party, go to Christmas parties, make food for Christmas parties!” or “I can’t wait to spend some quality time with my family and friends!”?
No matter how you feel in the month of December, you have been challenged.
You and your chapter are challenged to have a big attendance at your December meeting. This meeting can be whatever you want to do. Holiday season is a great way to get together and just share the joy of P.E.O. with each other. You can wear Christmas sweaters (ugly or not), sing Christmas carols, eat yummy food, have a gift exchange, play some holiday games or just visit around a cozy room and enjoy your sisters. Whatever you have planned, get the word out to all the sisters who have been missing as well as to the ones who come regularly to come to the December meeting.
